This is a very attractive deciduous ornamental pear. It has a straight trunk and silvery grey foliage with prolific small white flowers in spring. The flowers may be followed by mildly sour, round fruit. It's perfect for medium sized gardens, avenue planting, and street trees. Easy to mange and will make a great pleached hedge.
