Darling Range Ghost Gum
Height -
12m
Width - 4m
Native to Western Australia. Small to medium tree, confined to the Darling Range escarpment. It has a smooth, white-powdery bark with green adult leaves. Also known as "butter gum" because its new bark changes to creamy-yellow in early autumn. The white flowers bloom in the summer and are followed by a cup-shaped capsule fruit.
Forestvale Trees acknowledges the traditional custodians of this land, on which we grow our trees, the Whadjuk Noongars from the Noongar nation of Australia. We pay our respects to their elders, past, present and emerging.
