This ornamental tree is Native to Eastern Australia. It produces a dense, well branched crown when grown as a single trunk. The bark is rough and yellow-brown with dull grey green pendulous leaves. It has particularly showy white-creamy occasionally yellow flowers displayed in thick clusters over the foliage. There is a smaller form of this species that does not grow as tall.
